A Burger Takeover with Chef Yong-Soo Do from U-Hang

On Tuesday 12th May, Korean chef Yong-Soo Do will be at The Butchers Club Burger, Central for his round of A Burger Takeover, serving his K-Pop Burger!

If you love burgers and you love fried chicken, you'll love Chef Yong's K-Pop Burger! To make your mouth water, the K-Pop consists of Korean-style fried chicken with spicy sweet sauce, coleslaw and smoked aged cheddar on a sesame bun...

Chef Yong from Korean restaurant U-Hang in Sai Ying Pun will be at the Central  outlet of The Butchers Club Burger on the first day of the promotion (Tuesday 12th May), but the burger will be available until 25th May at both Wan Chai and Central branches of Hong Kong's favourite burger restaurant.

The K-Pop Burger is priced at $160, a portion of which will be donated to Chef Yong's chosen charity, Feeding Hong Kong.
