Chef Yong from Korean restaurant U-Hang in Sai Ying Pun will be at the Central outlet of The Butchers Club Burger on the first day of the promotion (Tuesday 12th May), but the burger will be available until 25th May at both Wan Chai and Central branches of Hong Kong's favourite burger restaurant.
The K-Pop Burger is priced at $160, a portion of which will be donated to Chef Yong's chosen charity, Feeding Hong Kong.
A neat selection of classic-style vegetarian and vegan burgers, all featuring Impossible™ Foods’ patties, are also available.
