First off, the weather does seem slightly temperamental over the course of the four-day weekend but thankfully it looks like Sunday is going to be sunny and clear all day. Which is good because it's The Butchers Club's Easter Southside Market Long Lunch!
THE EASTER SOUTHSIDE MARKET LONG LUNCH
The delicious Easter lunch menu—which will satisfy both meat lovers and vegetarians alike—includes a whole spit-roasted rosemary and black olive lamb, barbecued hanger steak, an Easter ham served three ways, a vegetarian frittata station, various chickpea-, quinoa- or roasted root vegetable- based salads and, of course, a dessert station. Along with The Butchers Club’s special Easter-themed menu, there will be a number of hand-selected partners, including wines by Links Concept, Lavazza coffee, Peroni beers, Print House, Deliveroo, GDG Asia Pacific, Rebel Girl’s vegan doughnuts, Tai Tai Pie Pies, The Loop HK, Elite Personal Training, Southside Magazine and many more. Plus The Butchers Club Burger will be serving mini versions of their fantastic fish burger, "Captain Ahab" and their vegetarian specialty, "What Food Eats". Butchers Barrel will be showcasing The Butchers Club meats, currently for sale on both our Online Store and at the retail location along the Mid-levels escalator.

"CHEEZUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR": THE EASTER BURGER
From Tuesday, 22nd of March to the 5th of April, this very special Easter burger will be available for dine-in only at all three of our burger spots!
The "Cheezus Christ Superstar" consists of a pork belly patty, fried country ham, triple cream Brie, double cheddar and cranberry relish burger served on a hot crossed bun. And yes, we had fun with the name. #donthate

LIVE MUSIC SLIDER FRIDAYS ARE BACK!
Every Friday from 6-8pm at The Butchers Club Burger at K11 Mall in TST, we'll be handing out free sliders to customers until we run out (we always run out so get there early) and at 8pm onwards there will be a 2-4-1 beer promotion as well as a live band. Check The Butchers Club Burger's Facebook page on updates on which band will be performing this coming Friday and if they decide to extend the happy hour (day off = day drinking).

Easter is here, and before your gorge on all that chocolate, get one of our Easter Hampers into you.
