Spend Christmas with The Butchers Club Hong Kong!

The weather has suddenly turned and we’re finally able to layer up. That’s right, the holiday season is upon us, Hong Kong. Here at The Butchers Club Group, we’re celebrating Thanksgiving and Christmas with special turkey and beef menus. From classic roasted turkeys for Friendsgiving to scrumptious turkey medallions for Christmas lunches to extravagant dry-aged slabs of beef at our private dining room, we’ve got you and the crew covered.

HAPPY TURKEY DAY

You don’t have to be an American to appreciate a roast turkey. Come to The Butchers Club in Wong Chuk Hang for a long Thanksgiving lunch or dinner with 10 or more of your nearest and dearest. Our special Thanksgiving menu includes a succulent 12-14lb roast turkey with all the trimmings and the choice between an apple or pumpkin pie. This menu is available at $350 per person (plus 10% service charge) from Monday the 21st to Sunday the 27th of November. Advance booking is required and add-ons are available at request.

CHRISTMAS LUNCH

Work on the south side of Hong Kong Island? Looking for a unique space outside of the city on the weekend? The Butchers Club in Wong Chuk Hang is the perfect place to bring friends, families and colleagues for a traditional Christmas lunch. Our Christmas Lunch menu is available at $300 per person every day in December and has options for tempting add-ons, including a free-flow package which includes mulled wine or apple cider. Parties of 15 or more who are looking for a spot on Christmas Day or Boxing Day will be treated to a special $600 per person menu. All lunches must be reserved 72 hours in advance through our events team.

KEEP IT IN THE FAMILY

This year we’re offering two special private Christmas menus, now until the end of December in place of our usual private dining menu. The Big Beef Christmas Experience and A Traditional Christmas Turkey menus are available for group bookings of 10 or more guests. Both menus start at $1,000 per person, which includes The Butchers Club’s signature Seafood Trough, freshly made beer bread, slow-roasted pork belly, two desserts and the private dining room. Depending on the chosen menu, in addition to the cost per guest, groups can choose between a huge slab of our dry-aged steak or the $3,500 whole roasted turkey and classic sides.

CHRISTMAS SHOPPING MARKET & LONG LUNCH

Following the overwhelming success of the sold out Easter and Halloween Southside Markets, The Butchers Club's Christmas Market will be the biggest one to date with even more vendors, more entertainment and more food, spread out across two floors.

So grab the kids, the squad and the family and head on up to The Butchers Club’s expansive rooftop event space in Wong Chuk Hang for a sumptuous buffet long lunch, a holiday raffle, lawn games, live music, face painters and a number of selected F&B vendors.

In addition to all of the shopping, food, booze and entertainment, Little Picasso Studio in Wong Chuk Hang will be hosting a series of arts & craft workshops throughout the day on the 16th floor. Guests can sign up for one of the six free classes when they arrive but check our Facebook event page soon for details! Meanwhile, the market is expanding to the 16th floor with a Christmas Gift Shopping Market and Kid Zone. Here guests can browse the special Market Place for cookbooks, kitchenware and aprons as well as the booths of Hong Kong-based retailers and designers. More details on vendors, activities and raffle prizes will be released mid-November.

THE LEFTOVERS

Did you know we made the Michelin Guide again for a second year in a row? No? Well we’re telling you now. And to celebrate we’re offering an unnecessary, yet amazing, Christmas sandwich. This year all four locations are offering an amazing leftover Christmas dinner-inspired sandwich from Friday, 16th of December until the end of the year. Packed between a dinner roll are slices of smoked turkey breast, homemade stuffing, cranberry aioli, cheddar, gravy and a slice of honey ham.

Forgot to buy gifts this year? Well, our Christmas Shopping Market & Long Lunch is perfect for last minute gift buying. But nothing really beats our interactive cooking classes at our Secret Kitchen, hidden on the south side of Hong Kong Island. This year, choose between our longest-running class and our brand new baking series.

What: Sausage Making Class and the new Weekend Baking Class

Why: They will either make you sausages or pies.
