A Bogan Takeover!

On Tuesday 18th August, our very own Aussie Bogan (we mean CHEF!) Damien Michelini will be taking over the kitchen at The Butchers Club Burger in Central,  creating his Cashed Up Bogan Burger!

This burger, which is everything you'd expect from a bogan with a bit of cash, will be on the secret menu for two weeks, available for dine in only. 

If you're unfamiliar with what we mean by bogan, come to The Butchers Club Burger on 18th August and see for yourselves. Damien is our butcher in Singapore and is flying in especially for the occasion!

The Cashed Up Bogan consists of an Aussie Wagyu beef patty, Dingley Dell bacon, aged English cheddar, lemon myrtle aioli, grilled pineapple salsa, pickled baby beets, butter lettuce, tomato and a fried free-range egg on a poppy seed brioche. The burger will be priced at $160.

5% of sales of this burger will be donated to Damien's chosen charity, Autism Partnership Foundation.
