Chef Jaakko Sorsa from HK's first and only Nordic restaurant, FINDS, will be at The Butchers Club Burger in Wan Chai for Round 11 of A Burger Takeover on Tuesday 1st September!

Priced at $160, The Nordic Salmon Burger consists of a brined salmon fillet seared with fennel seeds, roasted beetroot, dill cucumbers, sour cream and horseradish mustard.
5% of sales will be donated to chef Jaakko's chosen charity, Feeding Hong Kong.
Although the Nordic Salmon Burger will be on the "secret menu" for two weeks, Chef Jaakko will be in the house for ONE DAY ONLY!
Please note, unlike recent events, this event will be held at 2 Landale Street, Wan Chai (NOT Central).
The Nordic Salmon burger itself, will be available on the secret menu for dine-in only at both The Butchers Club Burger Central and Wan Chai, while stocks last, from 1st to 14th September.
A neat selection of classic-style vegetarian and vegan burgers, all featuring Impossible™ Foods’ patties, are also available.
