A Burger Takeover with Chef Peter Ho from Taiwan!

Chef Peter Ho from Ali Seafood Restaurant in Taiwan will be flying to Hong Kong especially for the next round of A Burger Takeover on Tuesday 22nd September!

Join us at your favourite burger joint, hang out with Chef Peter and enjoy his delicious burger, The Suki-Suki Burger!

Priced at $140, The Suki-Suki Burger consists of a chuck steak patty with sake & mirin caramelised onions, traditional Taiwanese marinated tomato, pressed egg tofu, mozzarella, grilled avocado & lettuce on brioche. 

5% of sales will be donated to Chef Peter's chosen charity, World Vision Hong Kong

Although the Suki-Suki Burger will be on the "secret menu" for two weeks, Chef Peter will be in the house for ONE DAY ONLY!

Please note, unlike recent events, this event will be held at 2 Landale Street, Wan Chai (NOT Central).

The Suki-Suki burger itself will be available on the secret menu for dine-in only at both The Butchers Club Burger Central and Wan Chai, while stocks last, from 22nd September to 5th October.
