Priced at $160, The Tiger Katsu consists of a deep-fried pork katsu patty with Japanese cabbage, caramelised onions and Tiger Curry's awesome Osaka Curry sauce, on a brioche bun.
5% of sales will be donated to Oxfam Hong Kong to support a specific team participating in the Oxfam Trailwalker.
Although the Tiger Katsu will be on the "secret menu" for two weeks, Chef Satoru will be in the house for ONE DAY ONLY!
The Tiger Katsu burger will be available on the secret menu for dine-in only at both The Butchers Club Burger Central and Wan Chai, while stocks last, from 14th to 27th July.
