Chef Stefano Rossi from Pirata, one of Hong Kong's most popular Italian restaurants, will be at The Butchers Club Burger in Central on Tuesday 24th of November for Round 13 of “A Burger Takeover”!
Hang out with Chef Stefano at your favourite burger joint as he takes control of our kitchen with his own delicious burger, “The Italian Job.”
Priced at $140, “The Italian Job” consists of a thick patty made of Fassone beef from Italy’s Piedmont region, which is then topped with Guanciale-wrapped Raschera cheese, tomatoes and mayo made with a homemade salsa verde.
5% of sales will be donated to Chef Stefano's chosen charity, The Society for the Relief of Disabled Children.
Although “The Italian Job” will be on our Secret Menu for two weeks, Chef Stefano will be at The Butchers Club Burger Central for ONE DAY ONLY!
“The Italian Job” burger will be available on the Secret Menu for dine-in only at both The Butchers Club Burger Central and Wan Chai, while stocks last, from November 24th to December 7th.
A neat selection of classic-style vegetarian and vegan burgers, all featuring Impossible™ Foods’ patties, are also available.
