Burger Takeover with Jack Carson

The first "A Burger Takeover" of 2016 is back for Round 14 with Chef Jack Carson, the Group Executive Chef of Enoteca Group. The "Devine Swine" launches on Tuesday 16th of February and on Tuesday 23rd of February, Carson himself will be at The Butchers Club Burger at K11 Mall in Tsim Sha Tsui for the lunchtime rush to showcase his very own delicious baby back rib and onion ring burger creation.

Priced at $140, the sandwich burger consists of house-made pickles, Bourbon and brown sugar onions, onion rings and a sesame brioche, with the star of the show being Jack's slow-cooked, dry-rubbed baby back ribs. 

Although Chef Jack's burger will be on our Secret Menu for two weeks, the chef will be at The Butchers Club Burger TST for ONE DAY ONLY! Head over during lunchtime on Tuesday 23rd of February to our newest Butchers Club Burger location at K11 Mall's Piazza on Mody Road to meet the chef himself and for a chance to be featured in our Burger Takeover video!  

Chef Jack's burger will be available on the Secret Menu for dine-in only at all three Butchers Club Burgers, in TST, Central and Wan Chai, while stocks last from 16-29 February .
