After a month having opened in Singapore's iconic nightspot Clarke Quay, The Butchers Club Burger is proud to kickstart the Singapore edition of A Burger Takeover!
Notorious rebel chef, Bjorn Shen from Bird Bird will be taking over the kitchen on 4th November, Wednesday at 7pm. Also well known for his other concepts, Artichoke and Neh Neh Pop, Chef Bjorn will be presenting his take of a burger... The Bird Slayer Grapow!
Oversized minced chicken thigh patty with scallions, crispy fried chicken skins, spicy Thai basil relish and fried egg on our specialty buns - making it a truly Asian-influenced burger!
Each burger will go at $23 and 10% of the sale of each burger will be donated to Chef Bjorn's chosen charity, Save Our Street Dogs.
The Bird Slayer Grapow will be on our Secret Menu for two weeks, however, Chef Bjorn will only be in the house for ONE DAY! The burger will be available for dine-in orders from 4th November to 17th November, while stocks last!
A neat selection of classic-style vegetarian and vegan burgers, all featuring Impossible™ Foods’ patties, are also available.
