To accommodate the growing demand for bookings, The Butchers Club Deli at EDITUS opened in April 2014, with a vision to offer the same Butchers Club dining experience the brand had become famous for, plus more. The venue is a New York-style deli by day, specialising in handcrafted charcuterie. At night, the space is an extension of the private dining experience from The Butchers Club in Tin Wan. The space covers a 14,000sqf area, split over 2 floors, including a 7,000sqf rooftop.
The space can accommodate all kinds of events, from small 14 person private dinners, to seated dinners for 200 people or standing cocktail events for up to 1000.
As well as our signature menu, The Butchers Club Deli also runs special concept dinners on selected nights that can be booked for as few as two guests.
T-Bone Tuesdays: A classic steak dinner that stays true to the timeless style of New York steakhouses of old. 4 courses, $750 per person, only on selected Tuesdays. To view available dates, click here.

Undercut Thursdays: A unique dinner that utliises delicious secondary cuts of meat prepared using creative cooking techniques. 4 courses, $600 per person (optional beverage pairing for an additional $300), only on selected Thursdays. To view available dates, click here.
Burger & Lobster Fridays: Choose between a lobster, a burger or a lobster roll, all priced at $250. Hungry diners can also choose from a limited selection of starters, as well as a choice of desserts. From $250 per person, every Friday. To view available dates, click here.
Surf ‘n’ Turf Saturdays: Our signature 60-day dry-aged beef is expertly paired with jumbo Alaskan king crab legs to create a taste experience like you could never imagine. 3 courses, $750 per person, only on selected Saturdays. To view available dates, click here.

If you're looking for a unique venue for a private dinner, we have multiple spaces to suit your desired setting. Our private dining room seats up to 16 diners, or you can dine in an antique showroom, for a truly unique experience. Our signature dining menu includes the freshest seafood, as well as our famous dry-aged beef, which can be aged for as long as you wish in our dedicated dry-ageing facility.
